When the Authority is ready to release property from its inventory, an RFP will be created, and a Notice of the selected RFP will Be distributed publicly. It will describe the process of submission of the RFP.

The request for proposal will include the following;

Property description and detailed Information.
Date the RFP is to be submitted.
Inspection/open house date.
The Nature and scope of requested services.
Description of other documents needed for submission of proposal

The RFP submission should include the following:
Methodology and technical approach to be used in doing the work you asked for.
Provide documentation of qualifications and experience in similar work and support letters.
Estimated utilization of City resources, if necessary, to complete the engagements.
Construction documents, drawings, floor plans, and financials necessary to rehabilitate the property.
