The Allentown Redevelopment Authority (ARA) periodically issues Requests for Proposals (RFP) to solicit redevelopment plans for properties in ARA's inventory. RFP's will stipulate requirements for submission of proposals and restrictions on the property's reuse, if applicable (ie. particular type of property use or income restrictions for occupants).
