Megan Hart started her career in the customer service field of the corporate world before taking a chance and crossing over into the real estate industry 12 years ago. Working for ERA Rudy Amelio Real Estate, a family owned company in Allentown, she was very fortunate and grateful to have one of the best mentors in the Lehigh Valley provide knowledge and guidance in all aspects of real estate including Residential & Commercial Resale, Foreclosures/REO, Rentals and Property Management. Her corporate background leveraged with her real estate experience affords her the ability to provide a great balance for the team of the Redevelopment Authority. Megan believes the saying that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life and her position with the Redevelopment Authority confirms that. She is excited to be a part of The Redevelopment Authority's team and is looking forward to promoting home ownership, overseeing the transformation of blighted properties into purposeful homes and truly being a part of making a positive impact within the community.
